Privacy Policy — Rhythm

VISRANTHIBYTE LLC (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Rhythm mobile application (“Rhythm” or the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

1) Optional use without an account

You can use Rhythm without creating an account. If you use the App without signing in, your in-app preferences and saved items may be stored locally on your device.

We do not require your name, email, or phone number to browse opportunities.

2) Account and syncing (optional)

If you choose to create an account, we may collect:

• Email address (to create and secure your account)
• Your preferences (such as causes, location radius, and saved opportunities)

We use this information to provide account features (such as saving/bookmarking and syncing across devices, if enabled) and to improve reliability and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

3) Sharing

We may use service providers (e.g., hosting) to operate the App. They are permitted to process data only to provide services to us.

If you tap an opportunity and continue to an organizer's website, any information you submit on that website is governed by the organizer's policies.

4) Data retention and deletion

If you create an account, we retain your account data while your account is active.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us.

5) Children

Rhythm is not directed to children under 13.
